About Yoga

catmanSimply Yoga classes and workshops use asanas (physical postures) and awareness of the breath to bring health and fitness to the body and a sense of calm and peacefulness to the mind and spirit.

Class instruction is adjusted depending on the experience and skill level of students attending.  Everyone is welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to classes and workshops.

Simply Yoga Classes will be delayed this Fall 2015. Please check back for updates on the next session.
